Main duties of the job

The role requires an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care. Previous experience in a residential care setting is essential, along with proven team leadership skills. This position offers opportunities for career development, with many Senior Carer Assistants progressing into Care Practitioners or other roles.

ABOUT YOU

Many of our Senior Carer Assistants progress into Care Practitioners, Care Community Leads or on to nursing pathways.
