The Early Intervention in Psychosis Service has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Administrator to join their friendly service which is office based at Eastern Coastal Area Offices.

This role offers you the chance to be part of a supportive team providing crucial support to a dedicated clinical team. You'll work alongside supporting the Team Manager and Team Lead as well as providing Administrative support to the team clinicians and Duty Team.

An effective approach is required to ensure an efficient and high standard of service to our patients.

Main duties of the job

  • Supporting the team to action work requests via the Early Intervention Team and At Risk Mental State Service (ARMS) generic inbox, including the processing of referrals on the patient administration system (RiO) Having contact with patients, carers, relatives, and other external stakeholders.
  • Typing letters and reports.
  • Using the patient record system RIO (training provided).
  • Taking and screening phone calls and managing the mailboxes.
  • Ordering of stationery and other items as required via our SBS system (training provided).

Job description

This role offers you the chance to be part of a supportive team providing crucial support to a dedicated clinical team. You'll work alongside supporting the Team Manager and Team Lead as well as providing Administrative support to the team clinicians and Duty Team.

What You'll Do:

  • Be the friendly voice answering phones and responding to enquiries.
  • Prepare and meticulously maintain clinical records and correspondence.
  • Assist clinical staff with administrative tasks.
  • Support the Early Intervention Service and the At Risk Mental State Service with Administrative duties when capacity allows.
