Responsibilities will include creating a safe and supportive environment, making critical clinical decisions, developing tailored care plans, providing medication safely, and overall delivering excellence in nursing care. You will need to have current NMC registration, comprehensive knowledge of clinical practices, and experience in producing well-developed care plans and risk assessments. Understanding regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines, is also required.
