Main duties of the job

The successful candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centred general medical services including face-to-face and telephone consultations, management of acute and chronic conditions, prescribing, and clinical administration associated with patient care.

The role involves working collaboratively within our multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, effective, and compassionate care to our diverse patient population. The postholder will also contribute to clinical meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and continuity of care within the practice.

Job SummaryThe postholder will provide high-quality, patient-centred primary care services to the practice population while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
