In your role, you will be encouraging individuals to engage actively in their communities, supporting activities of daily living including social activities, personal care, routines, planning and preparation of meals, and budgeting. Communication will be vital, as well as being a team player while working with your own initiative.

Supporting Activities of daily Living including social activities, personal care, routines, planning and preparation of meals and budgeting.

Engaging- promoting and motivating people we support to enhance their quality of life
Specialising - supporting people who may need positive behavioural support approaches
Recording- keeping accurate records &reporting changes in health or circumstances of service users to management
Team player Working as part of a team, as well as being able to work using your own initiative.
