Main duties of the job

As a Care Community Manager at Barchester Healthcare, you will hold a critical leadership position to ensure the delivery of high standards of care. You will also support and develop your team through effective coaching and mentoring. Key qualifications include a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care and experience leading a care team within a care home setting.
