Grafton Medical Partners are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Salaried General Practitioner (Salaried GP) to join our practice based in South London.

In this role, you will:

• Support the daily operations of the Practice as a part of the GP team.
• Deliver high quality patient care to a diverse patient population.

Job description

• Provide High-Quality Primary Care: Conduct face-to-face and telephone consultations, manage acute and chronic conditions, and deliver high standards of patient-centred care.
• Assess, Diagnose, And Manage Patients Independently: Make autonomous clinical decisions, prescribe safely, and make referrals to appropriate services when required.
• Maintain Safe and Effective Clinical Practice: Complete clinical correspondence and records accurately, and work in line with our policies and the GMC Code of Practice.
• Work Collaboratively: Work closely with the wider multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated patient care.
• Contribute to Practice Development: Support QOF achievement, participate and improve Practice initiatives, and maintain ongoing professional learning and development.

Grafton Medical Partners is a busy, forward-thinking PCN made up of Trevelyan House Surgery, MacMillan Way Surgery and Upper Tooting Surgery serving a shared population of around 45,000 patients.
