Main duties of the job
We are seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to join our team at Cranmer Court, a 62 bedded nursing and residential care home located in Warlingham, Surrey. In this role, you will be responsible for creating fresh and nutritious meals for our residents using the best ingredients available. You will support the Head Chef and lead by example, showcasing high-level hospitality with creativity and flair. This position is full-time with no evening shifts required, allowing for work-life balance.
