Main duties of the job

As a Bank Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you will be responsible for ensuring that residents receive the quality care and support they deserve. Your role will include assisting with daily living, offering companionship, and helping create wonderful moments and memories with the residents. Every day is different, with tasks ranging from supporting residents with their meals and drinks to following care plans and providing one-to-one time with residents. Youll need a heart full of compassion, some experience in caring for older people, a proactive attitude, and exceptional communication skills. Training will be provided to help you succeed and thrive in this role.
