Organising and supporting meetings, workshops, events and stakeholder engagement activities.

Preparing project documentation, reports, presentations and committee papers.

Recording actions, risks, issues and decisions whilst maintaining accurate project documentation.

Monitoring project activity, budgets and timelines, raising issues where appropriate.

Supporting communication across project teams, Faculties and external partners.

Maintaining project records, systems and shared information to ensure effective collaboration.

Contributing to service improvements by developing efficient project processes and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Providing high-quality administrative support, including servicing project boards and formal meetings.

You'll also bring:

Experience supporting complex projects and coordinating multiple activities simultaneously.

Knowledge of project management principles, methodologies and project governance.

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines.

Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to produce high-quality reports and documentation.

Experience using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.

Experience maintaining project information and analysing data to support reporting.

The ability to work independently whilst building strong relationships across diverse teams.

A degree or equivalent professional experience showing strong analytical and organisational capability.

Experience of supporting formal committees, financial monitoring or using Microsoft Project or Access would be helpful but is not essential.
