About the Role

Queen Mary University of London's IT Services Division is seeking a Delivery Manager (Integration & Software Development) for a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This role will oversee the successful delivery of integrations for systems developed by our project teams & our bespoke software development pipelines, ensuring seamless delivery across the software development & integration team.

The postholder will take ownership of managing and updating the backlog of legacy integrations, leading efforts to refactor these using our integration platform, Boomi & owning the support queues for the team. This role bridges project-based work and ongoing service operations, ensuring smooth transitions and continuous improvement.

This is a hybrid role, currently with 2 days per week onsite at our DeptW building in East London.

About You

You are an experienced Delivery or Project Manager with a strong background in IT services, specifically in overseeing complex integration and software development workstreams.

With excellent stakeholder management skills, you excel in building relationships across diverse teams and communicating complex technical information clearly.

You are adept at prioritizing multiple workstreams, managing team capacity, and optimizing service desk operations.

Your leadership fosters collaboration and productivity, and you have a track record of implementing process improvements and driving continuous improvement in service delivery.

IT Services at Queen Mary University of London is responsible for the provision of all IT-related services across the university.
