Cardiff University is seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Management Reporting and Analysis to lead our management reporting function and help shape financial decision-making across the University.

In this influential leadership role, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality management information, financial analysis, forecasting and performance reporting. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will drive the development of robust reporting frameworks, enhance business intelligence capabilities and provide insightful analysis that supports the University's strategic objectives.

We are looking for a finance professional who can combine strong technical expertise with excellent stakeholder management skills, and who is passionate about using data and insight to drive performance and continuous improvement.

The post is full time (35 hours per week) and open-ended.

Salary: £51,753 - £56,535 per annum (Grade 7)
