Shape the Future of Digital Transformation at the University of Westminster

Digital & Technology Services (DTS) delivers technology services and digital transformation initiatives that support more than 20,000 students and colleagues across the University of Westminster's London campuses.

As part of our ambitious Being Westminster 2022-2029 Strategy, we are investing significantly in technology, systems and business change to enhance the experience of our students and colleagues and enable the University's future success.

We are seeking an experienced Lead Business Analyst to join our Project Management Office (PMO) and play a pivotal role in shaping both our transformation portfolio and our Business Analysis capability. This is an exciting opportunity for an accomplished Business Analyst who combines strategic thinking, stakeholder leadership and hands-on delivery expertise, and who wants to make a visible impact in a purpose-driven organisation.

To be successful in this role, you will bring substantial Business Analysis leadership experience, strong stakeholder management and change delivery expertise, recognised BA qualifications, and the ability to lead, influence and develop others while driving continuous improvement across agile and waterfall environments.

Projects may include initiatives such as:

Student records and student lifecycle transformation

Further Salesforce CRM adoption for improvements to student-facing services

Timetabling and space management transformation

Finance, HR & other corporate systems modernisation

Data, reporting and business intelligence initiatives

Process automation and self-service solutions

Digital workplace and collaboration platforms

Cyber security, identity management and compliance programmes

Research and academic administration systems

Emerging technologies, including AI-enabled services
