We offer career development with fully funded professional training and qualifications (up to QCF level 5), flexible contracts, £12.90 an hour, mileage paid at 32p per mile, a Blue Light care discount package, company pension scheme, and on demand pay. Responsibilities include providing high-quality personal and domestic care to clients in their own homes, supporting and mentoring new members of the care team, and building positive relationships with clients and their families. About the role:

• Provide high-quality personal and domestic care to clients in their own homes.
• Support and mentor new members of the care team.
• Carry out occasional spot checks to help maintain care standards.
• Build positive relationships with clients and their families.
• Ideal for experienced Care Assistants looking to progress their career.

What you will bring:

• Good people skills and the ability to show strong empathy, with a caring and compassionate nature
• A minimum of 12 months' care experience, compassion, and a positive attitude - NVQ level 2 is preferable
• Full UK driving licence
• Availability to work 40 hours per week with flexible shifts between 7am 10pm and alternating weekends
• A minimum of 12 months on your right to work we currently cannot offer sponsorship
