Main duties of the job

The role requires a personable and warm approach with a genuine interest in the wellbeing of residents. You should hold City & Guilds/NVQ/SVQ or equivalent, have experience in helping lead and inspire a team, a good understanding of nutrition, and experience working with fresh seasonal food. Responsibilities include helping to manage the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence, working with fresh produce, managing stock control, and leading a team.

NEED TO HAVE
