Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, support and deliver change initiatives across housing services, from tenancy management to repairs and customer engagement.
  • Work hand in hand with frontline teams, service leads, and IT specialists to turn business challenges into smart practical, solutions.
  • Champion service improvement, digital innovation, and smarter ways of working.
  • Use data, insight, and collaboration to deliver meaningful change that benefits residents and staff alike.
  • Review current housing systems to ensure fit for purpose and fit for use long term.

What you’ll bring:

  • A curious problem-solving mindset and a passion for improving system and service delivery.
  • The ability to connect operational needs and technical possibilities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience in change management, service design, or transformation – or the drive to grow these skills with our support.
  • Knowledge or experience in housing services and the challenges they face
  • Experience of managing or coordinating projects and or teams in a housing or related context.

Hybrid working arrangements are available for this role. Each role at CYC is different and your working arrangements will be determined based on the requirements of the role and in collaboration with you and your needs as part of the recruitment process. Your contractual location will be the designated council office for your team.
