We are looking to appoint x1 Early Years Antenatal Support Worker in the Early Years Team within Prevention and Inclusion. The role will provide support and interventions within the home, in the community and in group settings. The Early Years Antenatal Support Workers will work in partnership, to deliver the Midwifery and Early Years Transformation Core Programme.


We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and reliable Early Years Antenatal Support Worker. The candidates will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as genuine commitment to the care and development of families in pregnancy and the early post-natal period.


NVQ level 5 in childcare or equivalent qualifications in a relevant discipline (or be willing to work towards within a 12-month period) Extensive experience of working with hard-to-reach families is essential.


The candidate will possess level 2 standard literacy as a minimum.
