Job summary

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will provide senior leadership for the organisation's People and Corporate Support functions, helping NHS North East London operate effectively within its new operating model. You will bring together key corporate functions, including people services, change, organisational development, equality, diversity and inclusion, governance, business support and communications, ensuring they are aligned and able to support the organisation's strategic priorities.

Candidates should demonstrate being a collaborative and credible leader with significant experience of leading people, corporate services and organisational change and working at Board and Executive level, providing strategic direction while ensuring high-quality delivery across a broad portfolio of functions.

NHS North East London is seeking an experienced and values-driven senior leader to join us as Director of People and Corporate Support on a six-month fixed-term basis.

NHS North East London Integrated Care Board (ICB) was formed on 1 July 2022.

We are an exciting new organisation putting the needs of communities at the heart of our commissioning arrangements.
