Main duties of the job
As a Care Assistant at Agincare UK in Burnham on sea, you'll have a significant impact by supporting individuals to remain independent and comfortable in their homes. Your role will involve assisting with personal care, everyday tasks, and providing much-needed comfort and reassurance. Agincare offers fully funded professional training and career development opportunities, flexible contracts, and a competitive wage of £12.75 per hour, along with paid mileage and other benefits. Whether you have previous experience or not, all you need is a compassionate nature; full, free training is provided to support your career growth to QCF Level 5. This permanent role requires alternate weekend work, and unfortunately, at present, Agincare is unable to offer visa sponsorship, so all applicants must have the right to work in the UK with at least 12 months remaining on their visa.
