Main duties of the job

Working as a Care Assistant is varied and rewarding, requiring you to perform tasks from supporting residents with food and drink to following individual care plans and ensuring one-on-one time with residents. The role is scheduled as a full-time position with 36 hours per week, and applicants should note that the organization is not accepting part-time applications for 20-hour weeks or sponsorship requests. Shift patterns are set from 8 AM to 8 PM. Ideal candidates should have prior experience in caring for older individuals, possess strong empathy, communication skills, and a can-do attitude.
