Job summary
<p>An exciting opportunity has arisen for a <strong>Specialist C</strong><strong>ommunity Occupational Therapist</strong> to join our multidisciplinary team at <strong>Five Rivers Health and Wellbeing Centre</strong><strong>, SP1 3NR</strong>. This role offers a varied and rewarding caseload, enabling you to use your clinical expertise to deliver person-centred, evidence-based occupational therapy interventions across the community.</p><p>As an Occupational Therapist, you will: provide occupational therapy assessment, treatment and advice to patients in their home environment or outpatient setting in order to promote and facilitate patient independence and well-being, within professional guidelines and protocols.</p><p>This is an exciting time to join us as we work in <span class="single_desc_int_gb_word">collaboration with local services to enhance rehabilitation in a seamless and integrated way</span>.</p><p>If you\'re ready to take on this meaningful and fulfilling role, we\'d love to hear from you!</p><p>This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week.</p><p><strong>Base:</strong> Five Rivers Health and Wellbeing Centre, Hulse Rd, Salisbury SP1 3NR </p><p><strong>Main Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>To be accountable for assessing, interpreting, planning and implementing
