ABOUT THE ROLE As a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. As a Care Assistant, you could be doing anything from supporting residents with their food and drink and following care plans to ensuring that each of our residents has one-to-one time. This position is a part time evening shift role. 5pm-8pm, 4 evenings one week and then 3 evenings the next. 12 hrs one week, 9 the next.
