We are looking for a Patient Administrator to join our Endoscopy team on a part-time, permanent basis at our Community Diagnostic Centre in Cornwall.

This is a patient-focused role where you'll be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience throughout their diagnostic journey. Working closely with clinical and operational teams, you'll provide essential administrative support in a busy and rewarding healthcare environment.

Main duties of the job

  • Welcome and support patients throughout their visit, providing an outstanding customer experience.
  • Manage patient records, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate information across our systems.
  • Respond to telephone and face-to-face enquiries efficiently, resolving queries and directing patients appropriately.
  • Coordinate reports and correspondence, ensuring information is distributed accurately and within required timescales.
  • Work collaboratively with clinical, operational, and booking teams to ensure a seamless patient pathway.
