An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Cornwall Council's Private Sector Housing Team as a Private Sector Housing Compliance Officer. This entry-level professional role will support the delivery of housing standards and enforcement work across the private rented sector. Working alongside experienced officers, you will undertake property inspections, investigate housing complaints, support tenancy relations work, assist with evidence gathering and carry out lower-level enforcement activities. The role offers comprehensive training and development, with excellent opportunities to progress within Private Sector Housing and, for the right candidate, potential access to a fully funded Environmental Health Degree Apprenticeship Programme.
