Job summary
As a Care Assistant, you will provide person-centred care and support to residents, helping them maintain their dignity, independence and wellbeing. You will assist with personal care and daily routines, meals and activities, while also offering companionship and emotional support. By getting to know each resident as an individual and understanding what matters to them, you will help create a safe, welcoming environment where people feel valued and able to live well. Main duties of the job

Our multi-award-winning organisation is looking to recruit a Care Assistant to join our Care team.

As a Care Assistant, youll support residents with daily living, from personal care to mealtimes and activities, always taking a person-centred approach. Youll get to know each resident as an individualwhat matters to them, what makes them smileand tailor your support to help them live well.
No two days are the same, but every day is meaningful.

Working pattern Youll work on a two-week rolling rota:
Week 1: 4 days Week 2: 2 days 12-hour shifts (8am8pm), including some weekends
