To support the effective running of a Police Cadet Unit alongside of the Unit Cadet Leader, with a focus on encouraging the development of young people through the Volunteer Police Cadet (VPC) Service. To maintain a strong working relationship with the Unit Leader, helping to ensure that all policies and procedures, including safeguarding and health & safety are adhered to and actioned when appropriate.
