We are looking for enthusiastic, innovative tutors to join our Adult Learning team and make a real difference in communities across the borough. We currently require sessional tutors to deliver courses across any of the following subject areas: Maths - Functional Skills L1 & L2 - Please see essential teaching requirements SEN Maths and English E1 and Upwards Education & Training ESOL from pre-entry – Please see essential teaching requirements IT – Entry, L1 & L2 Early Years Education & Training Hospitality and Culinary Skills Italian for Beginners What We're Looking For We're seeking talented educators who can inspire, motivate, and support adult learners on their learning journey. The ideal candidate will bring: Experience of teaching adult learners and supporting them to achieve accredited qualifications. A creative and engaging approach to planning and delivering high-quality learning experiences. A genuine commitment to helping every learner succeed and reach their full potential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build confidence, encourage participation, and create positive learning environments. Proven experience of planning, delivering, and assessing effective learning programmes. The flexibility to teach at various community venues across the borough, helping us reach and support diverse learners. A sound understanding of safeguarding and Prevent responsibilities, with a commitment to ensuring the wellbeing and safety of all learners. Why Join Us?
