Main duties of the job

As a Domestic Assistant at Akari Care, you will work to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, playing a crucial role in supporting the well-being of elderly residents. You will work collaboratively with the domestic and laundry teams to ensure that both private rooms and communal areas meet the required hygiene standards. The role values adaptability, approachability, and a commitment to improving standards to ensure a clean and healthy environment. You will continually assess the domestic needs of all residents. Through the adherence to all policies and procedures you and your colleagues will ensure delivery of the highest standards that make a true difference to each of our residents, contributing to the ongoing fulfilment of their lives.
