The Canford Heath Group Practice, a friendly and nurturing Practice of 12,000 patients is looking for a fixed term maternity cover GP up to six sessions.

  • We have 4 GP partners who treat their salaried GPs as a colleagues
  • 2 Nurse Practitioners
  • Innovative Primary Health Care Team:
    • MSK & Direct Access Physio
    • Health Coach & Social Prescriber
    • Teenage & Adult Counselling
    • Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians
    • Mental Health Practitioners.

We are Supportive and Friendly, dynamic and innovative, we have excellent QOF achievement. We are a teaching practice, use SystmOne and have modern purpose built surgery where you will have your own room.

We have a young population and are low visiting with excellent workflow and prescription protocols to support GP workload with loyal and conscientious staff who work to ensure the best possible care for patients and support for the GPs.

You would be a list holding GP, dealing with the majority of your own patients only to follow their health journey and to really get to know your patients.
