You will be someone who can take a piece of work from initial discussion through to delivery, working collaboratively with others along the way.
We are looking for someone with relevant experience in organisational development, workforce planning, employee engagement or culture change. You will be a confident communicator, able to build effective relationships, organise your own workload and manage competing priorities. A practical, collaborative and solution-focused approach will be important.
