As the first point of contact for our patients, you&#8217;ll play a vital role in creating a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors or contacts us by phone.</p>

<p><strong>What You&#8217;ll Be Doing</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Greeting patients and visitors with a warm and professional manner</li>

<li>Managing appointments and patient enquiries</li>

<li>Handling incoming telephone calls and directing them appropriately</li>

<li>Processing registrations, prescriptions and administrative requests</li>

<li>Maintaining accurate patient records</li>

<li>Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the practice</li>

<li>Working closely with GPs, nurses and the wider practice team</li>

</ul>

<p><strong>What We&#8217;re Looking For</strong></p>

<p>We&#8217;re seeking someone who:</p>

<ul>

<li>Has excellent communication and customer service skills</li>

<li>Is friendly, approachable and compassionate</li>

<li>Enjoys working with people and helping others</li>

<li>Has strong organisational and administrative abilities</li>

<li>Can remain calm and professional in a busy environment</li>

<li>Has good IT skills and attention to detail</li>

<li>Previous reception or healthcare experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided for the right candidate</li>
