Managing the Council’s utility contracts.

Managing the teams responsible for caretaking, cleaning, print and post room services and the courier service.

It is a broad and varied role, combining practical facilities management with contract management, financial responsibility, statutory compliance and the management of key operational services. You will also provide advice to colleagues across the Council and its senior Management Team on buildings and facilities matters.
