At Conwy County Borough Council, we aim to ensure that Connected Persons Foster Carers are recognised as professionals and they are actively involved when decisions are being made about children in their care. We strive to ensure Connected Persons Foster Carers are provided with the right support at the right time to enable the children and young people in their care achieve the best possible outcomes. Join us and you will work in a rewarding, learning environment where staff feel valued.
