About the role

The Lead for Written Assessment – Year 3 and 5 role offers an exciting opportunity to play a central part in delivering high-quality assessment within Leicester Medical School. You will lead the development, delivery and quality assurance of written assessments for Years 3 and 5 of the MB ChB programme, including Short Answer Question and Single Best Answer examinations, and will act as the local academic lead for the Medical Licensing Assessment Applied Knowledge Test. You will be enthusiastic about supporting the development of future doctors and committed to maintaining high standards in medical education. Experience in developing clinical assessments, educational leadership, teaching qualifications or fellowship recognition in medical education would be advantageous.
