Main duties of the job

You will also have the opportunity to support the clinical team in areas like medication management, care assessments, and care planning or reviews. Creating a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment where the dignity and preferences of the residents are respected is key. The ideal candidate should possess an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, along with specific knowledge in elder care.
