Main duties of the job
As a Care Assistant at Barchester Healthcare, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. Our care assistants play an integral role in the well-being and happiness of those in our care homes, assisting residents with daily living, promoting independence, and offering companionship. The role is both varied and rewarding, where no two days are the same.
