Exercise professional judgement to manage risk appropriately, particularly during complex and unpredictable events, working within the team to ensure safety of individuals, families and carers.

Act as advocate and role model, delivering care responsive to changing requirements.

Support service training programmes and stakeholder training events.

Provide clinical support to community consultancy, including discharge preparation, positively influencing practice to enhance quality of patient-centred care.
