We are currently seeking a Care Support Assistant to join our friendly and dedicated team, supporting a client based in London, SW8 area.
About the Role
As a Care Support Assistant, you will receive full training to help you thrive in your role and gain confidence in providing quality care. After training is completed, you will receive a competitive rate of pay of £17.49- £18.24
This position involves 20-24 hours per week, including day shifts and waking night shifts.
Potential shift patterns include:
07:00 - 14:00
14:00 - 21:00
21:00 - 07:00
Main duties of the job
Your Responsibilities as a Care Support Assistant
Bipap (night time ventilation)
Personal care and toileting
Anxiety and pain management
Providing companionship and emotional support
Helping with household tasks
Helping to organise events and planning travel
Supporting clients to attend appointments and community activities
Medication management (ordering, collecting and administering)

What We’re Looking For
To be successful as a Care Support Assistant, you’ll need:
- A caring and empathetic nature
- Good communication skills
- A genuine desire to support others
- Basic IT and record-keeping skills
- A full UK driving licence is advantageous
- Previous experience is helpful but not essential – full training provided
