  • Lead, motivate, and support the multidisciplinary team to achieve maximum efficiency and high standards of care

Role Requirements

  • Full GMC registration with a licence to practise
  • Extensive experience in ENT outpatient care, including management of paediatric ENT patients
  • Ability to manage all routine ENT conditions independently within a community clinic setting
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously while maintaining high clinical and professional standards
  • Strong understanding of clinical governance, patient safety, and quality improvement
  • Experience of service development, pathway optimisation, and improving operational efficiency
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and service management
  • Commitment to cost-effective care, innovation, and continuous service improvement
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
  • Evidence of continuing professional development (CPD)
