This is an exceptional opportunity to join Spectrum Community Health CIC as Chief Operating Officer and help shape the next phase of our development as a values-led social enterprise delivering specialist healthcare services across the North of England.

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is a pivotal executive role, with Board-level accountability for the day-to-day delivery, performance and continuous improvement of Spectrum's operational services. You will hold executive accountability for operational delivery, contractual performance, CQC assurance, service improvement and implementation of the Integrated Management System. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, the COO will be a key member of the Executive Team, collectively responsible for delivering Spectrum's Business Strategy. The role will help strengthen our specialist services across health and justice, secure settings, substance misuse, sexual health and other areas supporting people and communities experiencing health inequalities. We are seeking an inclusive, credible and experienced operational leader who combines strategic insight with a strong record of improving complex healthcare services.
