The Pharmacist Network is a fast-growing healthcare organisation, providing pharmacists and pharmacy technicians into GP practices and Primary Care Networks across the UK.
Main duties of the job
We are now looking for a proactive and organised HR Administrator to join our growing team in our Newcastle office and play a key role in supporting our people operations.
This is a hands-on role supporting high-volume onboarding, employee administration and day-to-day HR activity across a busy and fast-moving healthcare workforce.

HR Experience is an essential for this role.
What youll be doing
You will support the full employee lifecycle, including:
- Coordinating candidate onboarding and employment set-up
- Managing pre-employment checks (right to work, references, DBS, compliance documentation)
- Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems
- Recording and monitoring absence and leave
- Supporting investigations and disciplinary processes, including note taking and documentation
- Preparing HR and employee relations letters
- Supporting managers and the wider People team with general HR administration
What were looking for
- At least 1 years experience in an administrative role or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisation skills
- Confidence handling sensitive and confidential information
- Comfortable working at pace and managing multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills and a professional, supportive approach
- Someone who is highly organised, proactive and approachable, with a genuine interest in supporting people and managers
