In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with the Lead Breast Consultant, Radiology Breast Consultants, and the Radiology Management Team to provide leadership, management, and support to the breast imaging team. You will manage and support both clinical and non-clinical colleagues to deliver a high-quality, patient-focused service, ensuring the best possible experience for patients while meeting key performance standards and targets. To accurately handle and verify patient-related information using designated electronic systems, ensuring data is recorded correctly and maintained in line with required standards. You will promptly highlight any inconsistencies or concerns to the appropriate senior member of staff for review.

To carry out administrative support tasks including preparation of appointment lists, updating records, and assisting with front-line reception duties when required. You will ensure that documentation is completed in a timely manner to support smooth operational workflows.

To assist in the collection and organisation of departmental information required for audit, reporting, and service monitoring purposes. You will complete structured data recording templates when requested to support evidence-based evaluation activities.
