Main duties of the job

  • Lead autonomous FCP clinics within GP practices, providing expert assessment, diagnosis, and management of MSK conditions at first contact.
  • Apply advanced clinical reasoning to deliver personalised, evidencebased treatment plans and support shared decisionmaking.
  • Collaborate with a skilled multidisciplinary team, contributing to seamless, patientcentred care pathways.
  • Drive service quality through participation in clinical audits and service evaluations.
  • Manage a diverse outpatient caseload and help develop others through supervision and mentorship.
