Main duties of the job

This role requires individuals who are experienced Senior Care Assistants or those who are currently Care Assistants and are looking to advance in their careers. You will be crucial in delivering top-quality care to residents, working collaboratively with care assistants. Key responsibilities include observing, reviewing, and finalising care planning needs, facilitating social activities, and supporting the training of new and junior staff. Prospective candidates should possess strong communication and relationship-building skills, exhibit flexibility, and be adaptable to changes. An engaging personality, a caring nature, warmth, and respect towards others are essential qualities.
