The role spans across 6 hospitals and 8 care homes in England. You will lead and inspire your national team, confidently navigating various challenging environments. Collaboration with the Regional Director, Home Managers, and senior clinical staff is pivotal to address issues and enhance care standards. This division caters to patients detained under the Mental Health Act and those with organic/hereditary mental health conditions; thus, an experienced, versatile nurse is essential in making a noticeable impact on clinical staff and residents' lives. To qualify as the Divisional Clinical Lead, ambition and current NMC registration, along with continuous professional development evidence, are required. Experience in both care home and hospital settings is ideal, particularly if you've served as a clinical mentor.

ABOUT YOUTo join as a Divisional Clinical Lead, you'll need to be an ambitious Registered Nurse with a current NMC registration and evidence of continued professional development. The ideal candidate will have both care home and hospital experience, and will have worked as a clinical mentor. You will have a strong understanding of current regulatory requirements and an up-to-date knowledge of the Mental Health Act 1983 and Code of Practice. Combining a sharp analytical mind with the ability to share knowledge, build relationships, and deliver on your action plans, your leadership will deliver impressive results.
