Job summary
As Service Manager, you will lead the day-to-day running of this therapy-led residential service, creating a safe, supportive and high-performing environment for both clients and colleagues.
Main duties of the job
Youll play a central role in shaping the culture and direction of the serviceensuring high standards of care, strong team engagement, and positive outcomes for the people we support, including those with addiction and, in some cases, neurodiversity.
Alongside leading your team, youll take ownership of operational performance, ensuring the service is well-run, sustainable and positioned for long-term success, aligned with regulatory requirements and organisational standards set by Priory Group.

Eden House, part of Priory, is an affordable, 18-bed residential service in Mill Hill, North London. It is home to Flourish our pioneering therapy-led addiction programme offering bespoke treatment for a wide range of addictions in a calm, homely environment. Set within a supportive community, Eden House provides a safe haven away from the stresses of daily life, forming part of our wider network of residential addiction treatment homes across the UK.
Delivered by qualified therapists in a non-medical setting, Flourish offers an alternative to traditional hospital-based treatment. Its suitable for people who dont require a medical detox or ongoing medical care but would benefit from structured therapy, community connection, and practical tools to achieve meaningful, sustainable recovery.
