Bank Physiotherapist | Inpatients | Spire Leicester Hospital | Oadby | Flexible Bank Shifts | Competitive Hourly Rate Spire Leicester Hospital has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Physiotherapist to join our inpatient team on a bank basis. This is a flexible, ad-hoc role supporting the inpatient physiotherapy service, working with post-operative patients to help prepare them for discharge home. The Role

  • Deliver high quality physiotherapy assessment, treatment and advice to inpatient and outpatient patients
  • Manage your own clinical caseload as an autonomous practitioner
  • Work closely within a multidisciplinary team to support patient recovery and rehabilitation
  • Provide safe and effective post-operative physiotherapy care
  • Support weekend inpatient services as required

What We're Looking For

  • Degree qualified Physiotherapist (BSc Hons or equivalent)
  • Current HCPC registration with no restrictions
  • Previous post-graduate physiotherapy experience within an NHS or private hospital setting
  • Experience assessing, diagnosing and treating a varied caseload
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Flexible approach to working patterns and clinical areas
  • Availability to work weekends and weekday shifts between 8am-7pm

Working Hours: Flexible bank shifts covering weekdays and weekends. Weekend shifts are typically 8am-5pm. Benefits: We offer employed colleagues a competitive salary as well as a comprehensive benefits package which includes but is not limited to:
