Main duties of the job
As a Care Home Deputy Manager at Cadbury Hall Care Home, you'll support the delivery of high-quality care for up to 34 residents. Working closely with the General Manager and stepping in for leadership duties when necessary, you'll ensure care standards are met, motivate the team, and inspire a multidisciplinary team to enhance residents' quality of life. You will lead by example, monitor standards through audits, supervise clinical practices, and verify regulatory compliance. As a Deputy Manager, you will need experience with residents having different health needs, successful management of safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments, HR or recruitment experience, strong knowledge of sales and marketing, and an understanding of budget management. You'll play a pivotal role in maintaining the high standards for which we are known, in an engaging and energetic environment, ensuring you deliver quality care with compassion and resilience.
