Role and Responsibilities: Provide ongoing support to activities staff across the division Ensure an effective action plan is in place for underperforming homes Weekly visits to homes that are identified as needing support Carry out quarterly face to face meetings with Activity Coordinators to share ideas, good practice, lessons learnt Provide ideas for activities that link to the local community Develop key relationships with organisations that in turn can support our vision to deliver life Enrichment in local homes Support with the recruitment and training of activities staff Analyse divisional and corporate data to provide an overview of delivery of activities Aid activities staff with understanding digital tools and equipment available to them Ensure you are aligned with the resident experience team and life enrichment training specialists Work collaboratively with divisional experts to produce guidance, support, and policies Work across departments within the company including the marketing team, quality and regulation, nursing, dementia and procurement
