Barchester's Central Division has an opportunity for a new Divisional Activities Lead. In this key role, you will support the activity coordinator staff in the homes across the division and drive whole home approach to provide life enrichment for each and every resident. You must ensure that life enrichment adheres to the Care and Life Enrichment Framework to drive outstanding regulatory results. Required experience and qualifications: GCSE level maths and English Experience in delivering and providing in person wellbeing and activities sessions Ability to communicate at all levels, including with a senior audience Proven track record in delivering against targets under pressure Evidence of ability to work effectively within a multi-functional team Full UK driving licence, with ability to travel across the country, including overnight stays - essential Role and Responsibilities: Provide ongoing support to activities staff across the division Ensure an effective action plan is in place for underperforming home

Role and Responsibilities: Provide ongoing support to activities staff across the division Ensure an effective action plan is in place for underperforming homes Weekly visits to homes that are identified as needing support Carry out quarterly face to face meetings with Activity Coordinators to share ideas, good practice, lessons learnt Provide ideas for activities that link to the local community Develop key relationships with organisations that in turn can support our vision to deliver life Enrichment in local homes Support with the recruitment and training of activities staff Analyse divisional and corporate data to provide an overview of delivery of activities Aid activities staff with understanding digital tools and equipment available to them Ensure you are aligned with the resident experience team and life enrichment training specialists Work collaboratively with divisional experts to produce guidance, support, and policies Work across departments within the company including the marketing team, quality and regulation, nursing, dementia and procurement
